Why there are no ratings here

This site sells nothing and collects no customer reviews. A star rating without a verified purchase, without a date and without any statement of method would be worthless to readers. So we publish none.

For the same reason we use no AggregateRating or Review markup in our structured data.

How we handle third-party testimonials

We do not cite testimonials as evidence of an effect. Where we discuss them, we explain why individual reports cannot methodologically support a statement about efficacy.

Musculoskeletal symptoms fluctuate naturally and expectation effects are strong with subjective endpoints. That is why robust research uses control groups.
