What a fixed sequence is good for
People who want to take something regularly for weeks rarely fail on willpower and often fail on memory. Attaching it firmly to an existing habit works better than any resolution.
This page describes a day and places the intake where it belongs: as a small, optional component alongside movement, breaks and sleep.
The day in four parts
Morning: do not skip the transition from lying to standing. A few calm movements, then get up. If you take a product, attach it here to breakfast. Late morning: with sedentary work, stand up briefly about once an hour.
Afternoon: the second half of the working day is the critical one, because breaks are dropped more easily then. Evening: moderate movement you enjoy. Night: enough sleep, because recovery happens there.
Anchoring the intake practically
Two capsules daily with enough water. Whether morning or evening is secondary on current knowledge. A weekly pill organiser makes it visible whether you actually took it and removes the need to remember.
A missed serving is not made up and the next is not doubled. The recommended daily serving remains the upper limit.
What the routine cannot do
A supplement does not compensate for missing movement. The effective parts of this routine are the movement breaks, the moderate activity and the sleep, not the capsule.
With persistent or increasing symptoms, medical assessment ranks above any daily routine and above any supplement.
